After winning back-to-back Tri-Valley Conference Ohio Division titles, Wellston’s Jenna Johnston and Makenna Kilgour took top honors on the 2021 All-TVC Ohio softball team.

Kilgour earned the Offensive Most Valuable Player award, while Johnston was named the Defensive Most Valuable Player.

In addition, Athens Coach Roger Bissell was named Coach of the Year in the TVC-Ohio.

Joining Kilgour and Johnston with all-conference honors are juniors Kamryn Karr, Nevaeh Ousley, and Sadie Henry, along with freshman Maddie Potts.

Vinton County had four representatives on the all-conference team, including senior Abby Faught, along with juniors Kerrigan Ward, Taylor Houdasheldt, Sydney Smith, and Breanna Sexton.

Joining them on the TVC-Ohio all-conference team are Alexander’s Jayden Mace, Brooke Casto, and Erin Scurlock, Athens’ Olivia Banks, Olivia Kaiser, Kateyanne Walburn, Abbi Ervin, and Ashleigh James, Meigs’ Jerrica Smith, and Delana Wright, Nelsonville-York’s Kylie Christa and Ryleigh Giffin, and River Valley’s Brooklyn Sizemore, Grace Hash, Malorie Stanley, and Riley Bradley.
