The Annual Freedom Fest 5K Run/Walk will be held on the downtown streets of Jackson on Saturday, July 2.
This will mark the 25th year for the event, which was originated in 1997. The race runs through the residential and business sections in downtown Jackson.
Registration begins at 8 a.m. at Manpower Park. Race beings at 9 a.m.
Preregistration cost is $25, which same day registration will be $30.
