Hot Head Burritos will be opening a new location in Jackson at McCarty Crossing next to Great Clips and the AT&T store. The location will offer dine-in for 100 guests, a window pickup service, and outdoor patio seating.

For those unaware, the new restaurant will make Mexican food like burritos, bowls, tacos, nachos, quesadillas, and more and will offer a wide array of sauces, ranging from mild to wild for customers. In addition to their menu, Hot Head Burritos will also serve alcoholic beverages, like margaritas and craft beers, to consumers. They will be building a bar for their location with nine bar seats.

The new location will be operated by owners Ed Newsome and Jordan Thornsberry and will provide over 20 jobs for the area. “We’re excited to get in there and looking forward to opening up,” said Thornsberry on Hot Head Burritos joining the community.

The restaurant will be located where GNC and Armed and Ready previously resided at 1026 and 1028 E. Main St., joining both units into one store. Currently, the grand opening date is undetermined, but the owners are hoping to open in August.

Hot Head Burritos started in Dayton, Ohio back in 2007, and they currently own and operate more than 80 locations in seven different states. For more information on Hot Head Burritos or to apply, go to hotheadburritos.com or check them out on Facebook.
