As part of the Jackson City Library’s Summer Reading Program, the friendly folks of BARKer Farms visited the library on Friday, July 22 to delight local children and adults alike with their renowned exotic menagerie. Their previously intended appearance was planned for earlier in the month but was rescheduled due to thunderstorms. While the BARKer Farms visit was just one of the many exciting events slotted for the reading program, it was one of the most well-attended, keeping children entertained and the interesting animals well-fed! “It’s been great to see so many come out,” said Roger Donaldson, Jackson City Library Director. “It seems like everyone’s been having a really good time.”
