OVCC request for support turned down
Following weeks of review and discussion with the likes of Jackson City Schools Superintendent Phil Howard, Jackson School District Treasurer Rachel King, Jackson Mayor Randy Heath and Ohio Valley Conservation Coalition (OVCC) Chair Joel Wood, the Jackson County Board of Commissioners voted recently to deny the OVCC's request for a resolution of support.
