PCS to assume operations at JVAC Sept. 1

Though the decision was not unanimous, the Jackson County Board of Developmental Disabilities (DD), by a vote of 5 to 2, chose the Person Centered Services (PCS) group as the new independent service provider for the Wellston-based JVAC Industries.
