Festival of Flags Queen crowned Thursday evening

Macy Mullett (seated) will reign as the 2017 queen of the Oak Hill Festival of Flags as the result of a Queens Pageant held Thursday evening at Oak Hill High School. The Festival of Flags officially kicked off at noon Friday and will continue into most of the Memorial Day holiday Monday with most of the activities taking place at Oak Hill's Aetna Park. The 2017 Oak Hill Festival of Flags, which is observing its 25th-year anniversary, is underway and Macy Mullett has the major honor of serving as the queen.
