3/9/2018 3:59:00 PM Easter Toy Hunt - To benefit the kids at Nationwide Children's Hospital, Columbus Collecting Easter Toys for Girls & Boys, March 12-23 at R. M. Williams Funeral Service
This Easter you can bring a smile to a girl or boy at Nationwide Children's Hospital. As part of the Honoring Wonderful Lives program at R.M. Williams Funeral Service they are collecting new toys and crafts to be delivered to the brave and deserving children at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus. Teaming up with Corrinne Cardwell Photography, they will be accepting your gifts of love starting March 12. If you have scheduled an Easter/Spring photo session with Corrinne bring a donation and in return receive one free 8x10 print of one pose of your choice. "This is such an amazing, heart-felt gesture that even if your Easter session is prior to that date, I will still honor the incentive," said Corrinne Cardwell.
"We had such great success with our 'Valentines for Vets' program in February, we decided we would do something for Easter," said Michael Williams, owner and funeral director. "There have been several children, in the past and recently, from Jackson County, including Corrinne's own son, Case, that have needed the services of Children's Hospital. It is near and dear to all of our hearts. Not to mention, it all fits right in with our mission of Honoring Wonderful Lives... it's not just about helping families gather, remember and celebrate the life of their lost loved ones, it is also about honoring those among us who need our strength and support. We are going to continue to be seeking opportunities to pour into our community and have other like-minded business owners, like Corrinne, join us. We hope that these events can become a tradition from year to year."
Here are some things to consider when giving:
