The following law enforcement activity report was released to The Telegram by Hamden Police Chief Kevin Neel and is for informational purposes only.
12-23: The Hamden Police Department took a burglary report from a resident at 182 Ohmer St. The victim reported that someone had forced open the front door of her home and removed food items. Anyone with information pertaining to this crime is urged to contact the Hamden Police Department and/or Vinton County Sheriff's Office at 740-596-5242.
12-27: The Hamden Police Department along with Vinton County EMS responded to 436 N. Buffalo St. in reference to an unresponsive male. Occupants at the home were already engaged in CPR when public safety personnel arrived. Devon Kisor, 37, of Wellston, was transported to a local hospital where he was treated and later released. The Vinton County Prosecutor's Office will be reviewing a charge against Kisor pertaining to the Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments (ORC 2915.12).
12-28: Around 9:30 p.m., the Hamden Police Department was dispatched to the Hamden Gas N' Stuff filling station on S. Main St. regarding the report of a suspicious male. Witnesses at the scene reported that the male was asking various questions about the Hamden Police Department before leaving the premises in a reckless manner. Witnesses also reported the male was driving a black Ford sedan and the man's overall behavior was suspicious.
